Help!

I have a problem... Blogger will not let me upload any more photos, saying that I have used up all my storage on Picasa. Apparently Picasa is where all the pictures I have uploaded to the blog are stored. When I try to delete photos off of Picasa to clear up more space, it tells me that if I do that then all those pictures will also be deleted off of my blog. It gives me the option to buy more storage space, which I do not want to do. I know there are lots of you out there who have been blogging longer than me and have surely posted more pictures than me. Have any of you ever gotten this message before? I don't care if I don't know you from Adam's house cat, if you can help me, please comment or email me! I feel certain there is a way I can get around buying more storage! I am just not very computer savvy.

Thanks!!

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with your blog photos. When I upload mine, it never says anything about storage or picassa. I'll ask around for you to see if I can help you figure anything out!

Hey ML! You can always use a different photo storage site (flickr, photobucket, etc) and then just use html to link the web address location of that photo. You should have a tab that lets you edit the html on each post. For example, you would enter < img src="www.whateverphotositeyouuse.com/picture1.jpg" >

If this is totally confusing I'd be happy to try and answer any more questions you have. (If I can with my limited knowledge)

My email is kristenpmccormack at gmail dot com

Bizarre! I remember you mentioned this problem before. I do know that eventually, you will run out of space, but it shouldn't have happened so soon. Perhaps it could be resolved simply by changing the size of the photos? Sometimes by changing the resolution, it significantly decreases the memory space available.

I think the above advice sounds promising. Hope it works for you!
