Curran's 3rd Birthday Party

We had Curran's birthday party this past Saturday at our house. I basically started thinking about this year's party right after last year's. Someone suggested that we just do the same thing again this year, so that's what we did! I did change the theme though. I actually asked C a few months ago if she wanted to have her party at a Gymboree-type place or have the water slide, and she said she wanted to have the water slide. So we did an ice cream-themed party in the back yard, complete with a visit from the ice cream truck.

Erin did the invites and I thought they turned out SO cute!

Prim let me borrow her Cricut machine so I could make the banner.
{tissue paper pom-poms left over for her 1st bday. I have never denied being a pack rat.}

The favors were cookies from Icing on the Cookie in the shape of ice cream cones.

I didn't think they turned out as cute as other cookies I have gotten from them, but they still tasted good.

Fruit cones {idea from Pinterest, of course}

I love our Crape Myrtle that blooms in time for C's party every year. :)

This is C yelling "the ice cream truck!!". She was SO excited about the ice cream truck. Any time someone would ask her about her party, she would excitedly tell them that the ice cream truck was coming.

She was the first one out there.

This wild girl is not scared of anything! I think Sinclair liked the slide more than some of the bigger kids!

Prim put these cute ice cream cone appliques on this onesie and C's swim suit for me. {Wish I had a pic of the girls together.}

The baby corral {minus a few little ones}

The only picture we got with C, and we didn't get a family pic or one with the grandparents. Oh well.

The day was hot as Hades but it was so much fun celebrating our big girl with our family and friends!
