So, I jumped on the bandwagon...

So my sister has been begging me to start a blog for some time now, but I have held off for several reasons: 1) I really don't feel like I have much of interest to write about; 2) Some of my friends have a bad habit of making fun of cheesy blogs (even though they are so fun to read), and I really don't want to give them any new material to work with; and 3) My mother is mortified by public displays of information on the internet, such as Facebook, etc, so if she finds out I have a blog, she might croak. But I wasn't as busy as usual at work today, so I decided to join the world of blogging. After all, reading other people's baby blogs is one of my favorite pastimes!! :) And I figured it would be a good way for people to see pictures of the baby once he/she gets here, so I caved. The only really interesting or exciting thing coming up that I will have to report is when we find out the gender of the baby next Tuesday!
