She is talking more and more every day. Common things heard are "I do it," "what's that?" and "Watch this!" As my mom likes to say, "Watch this, Bubba!" are a redneck's last words, and that's about how it is with Sallie Cate. She says 'watch this' and then performs some stunt that often ends with her in tears.
She is still loves playing outside, climbing and jumping. She is having a "nastics" {gymnastics} birthday party, so I think she will love it.
She loves to wear Curran's gymnastics outfit over her clothes. It's usually a battle to get her to take the thing off.
She just her first professional hair cut yesterday {the real first being the one I did in the Fall}. Her hair is just wacky, so it always looks a mess. When it's humid, her hair is super curly, but if it's not, then it's mostly straight and just looks bad, so she needed a good trim. The mullet wasn't cutting it anymore.
She experienced another big snow this past month. She absolutely loved it as long as she was warm and dry inside.
She still doesn't have much interest in TV, but the two things she will sit still and watch are Tinkerbell and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas that we have on DVR. She requests "Christmas" a lot, but will only watch the first 15 minutes or so. Curran always says, "Oh no, not Mickey Christmas AGAIN!" :) She also loves to watch parts of Frozen {only when they are singing}.

She loves to accessorize.
Right now she is big into saying hey and bye to inanimate objects. "Bye, car seat!" when getting out of the car. She also loves to hug and kiss everything, including her pancakes and the ketchup bottle. Have I ever mentioned that Sister loves food?
She and Curran are both obsessed with "bran" {Raisin Bran} all of a sudden. They would eat it all day long, so we have to limit them to two bowls per day.
Happy 23 months, sweet Sallie! You are our wild, feisty, sweet, opinionated, and most precious baby, and we love you so much!
